The agreement between you and Aartan Group Pty Ltd governing your use of TrailScope.
Last updated · 10 May 2026
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (or the brokerage you represent) and Aartan Group Pty Ltd. By creating a TrailScope workspace or accepting an invitation to one, you agree to be bound by them.
TrailScope is provided to licensed Australian mortgage brokers and authorised credit representatives operating under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth). You confirm you are authorised to upload the portfolio data you provide.
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial with no card required. Paid plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel from Settings → Subscription & billing at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
You retain all ownership of the portfolio data you upload. We hold a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service to you. You can export your data at any time from Reports, and request a full export by emailing support@trailscope.com.au.
If you use the platform AI key, prompts pass through Anthropic under our enterprise agreement and are not used for model training. If you bring your own key, prompts go to your provider under your account, governed by their terms.
We target 99.9% monthly availability of the authenticated workspace. The service is provided as-is without express warranty beyond what is non-excludable under Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost commission, or loss of business opportunity.
You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach the acceptable-use clause. Stripe subscriptions must be cancelled separately from the Customer Portal before deletion to stop further billing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
