Who we are
TrailScope is built by Aartan Group Pty Ltd, a small product team based in Sydney, NSW. The team has spent years working alongside Australian mortgage brokers and aggregators — close enough to the data to know which numbers actually matter and which ones look pretty in a dashboard but don't change a decision.
Why TrailScope exists
Most Australian mortgage brokers run their portfolio out of Excel and the aggregator dashboard. Excel is excellent for one-off scenarios but doesn't surface the loans most at risk of refinancing away. Aggregator dashboards report what's happened (commissions paid, settlements logged) but not what's about to happen (which clients are walking, which loans are about to roll off fixed, where lender concentration is creating risk).
TrailScope sits on top of your aggregator data and answers the forward-looking questions. Upload the trail report you already get, and within minutes you see every dollar of trail, upfront and clawback across your book — broken down by client, lender, settlement age and risk band.
